Yoga Sculpt
A 45-minute workout that combines traditional yoga poses with resistance training exercises, using light hand weights, to build muscle, improve flexibility, and burn calories through a combination of yoga flows and targeted strength training movement.
Thursdays from 6:00-6:45 | $15 per class
All ages are welcome but recommended for 7th grade - adults. Drop ins welcome. Participants are encouraged to bring water and their own yoga mat, but we do have some available for use.
